錦鯉セミナーIn東京を開催しました

　令和5年9月12日、東京国際フォーラムにおいて、「錦鯉セミナーIn東京」を開催しました。

　昨年度、新潟県で開催した「世界錦鯉サミット」に引き続き、駐日大使を含む外交官や、海外からのバイヤーなどの錦鯉業界の方々からご参加いただきました。

　セミナーでは、錦鯉の誕生の歴史や魅力を知っていただくと共に、世界的な錦鯉文化の広がりや、デジタル社会における錦鯉文化の発展の可能性などについて共有することができました。

On September 12, 2023, "Nishikigoi Seminar in Tokyo" was held at the Tokyo International Forum.

Following "World Nishikigoi Summit" which held in Niigata Prefecture last year, the seminar was attended by diplomats including the Ambassador to Japan, buyers from overseas, and other members of Nishikigoi industry.

At the seminar, we shared the history and appeal of Nishikigoi, as well as the　global expansion of Nishikigoi culture and the future possibilities of Nishikigoi culture in digital society.

「泳ぐ宝石『錦鯉』 -その誕生の歴史と魅力について」
　Nishikigoi, the Swimming Jewel - History and Attractiveness of Nishikigoi
【講師】東京大学東洋文化研究所　菅 豊 様（Mr. Yutaka Suga)
　日本で誕生し、品種改良を繰り返すことで今日の芸術的価値の高い姿形になり、人々を魅了してきた錦鯉の歴史と魅力について、ご紹介いただきました。
　Mr. Yutaka Suga introduced the history and fascination of Nishikigoi, which originated in Japan, and through repeated breeding has become the highly artistic form it is today, attracting people.　　

3　講演Ⅱ(Lecture II)
「錦鯉の新たな価値の創造」
　Creating New Value for Nishikigoi
【講師】一般社団法人全日本錦鯉振興会　副理事長　吉田 俊一 様
　Mr. Shunichi Yoshida, Vice President, All Japan Nishikigoi Promotion Association

　世界中で流通する錦鯉の品質の平準化や適正な流通を図るための日本農林規格（JAS）取得の取組、販売された錦鯉のデータベース化を図るための錦鯉証明システム開発の取組をご紹介いただき、さらに、今後広がるデジタル世界での錦鯉文化の広がりについて、ご提案いただきました。
　Mr. Shunichi Yoshida, introduced his efforts to acquire JAS certification for 21 major varieties in order to implement equalization of the quality of Nishikigoi distributed around the world and proper distribution, and to develop a Nishikigoi certification system for creation of the database about sales data of Nishikigoi. He also made a proposal for the future expansion of Nishikigoi culture in the digital world.

4．講演Ⅲ（Lecture III）
　「AIを使用した錦鯉の鑑賞解析システムとオンライン品評会」
　AI-based Nishikigoi Appreciation Analysis System and Online Koi Show
【講師】三信トレーディング株式会社　代表取締役　範　軍 様
　Mr. Fan Jun, President of Sanshin Trading Co.
　AI判定を活用したオンライン品評会システムを参加者に体験いただきました。
　Participants were able to experience an online Koi show system that utilizes AI judging.

　セミナー会場では、「国魚錦鯉」の認定書と、国会議事堂での錦鯉の放流式の様子を紹介するパネルを展示。
さらに、NTT東日本様のご協力を得て、錦鯉の大水槽を再現したバーチャルウィンドウを設置しました。
会場内にも、家庭で気軽に楽しめる小型の錦鯉水槽を展示し、参加者が小さな宝石に足を止めていました。
　At the seminar venue, we displayed the certificate of "Kokugyo Nishikigoi" and the panel showing the Nishikigoi release ceremony at the National Diet Building.
In addition, with the cooperation of NTT East, we set up a virtual window that reproduced a large Nishikigoi tank.
We also displayed a small Nishikigoi tank which can be easily enjoyed at home, and then participants admired these small”jewelry”.
