Café producing and selling rice-flour bread. Uses rice flour along with local ingredients to create a unique style of baked products. Along with their flagship onigiri (rice ball) bread, bakes some 40 varieties of bread.

Café attached to one of the eight farms of the Kitadai Grape Garden. Creates desserts using grapes from the farm and other local ingredients. Terrace seating where you can enjoy the natural setting along with your sweets.

• Sanwa Chiffon Cake: moist and fluffy, using milk from Sanwa, and rice flour from Joetsu.

The fragrant soba noodles prepared and sold here are prepared from
locally-produced buckwheat ground with a stone mill. A buffet of rural cuisine is presented on the second and fourth Sundays of each month. A luxurious setting for enjoying fresh local dishes and soba.

• Soba noodles (100% local buckwheat flour)
• Onigiri (rice balls): rice is cooked on a fire fueled with rice chaff
